BIO:
Rachelle Omenson attended Rochester Institute of Technology and received a BFA in photography and returned home to New Jersey to work in photojournalism at various newspapers and publications. She became completely immersed in the computer takeover of newspaper photography and digital applications so she took to the web and learned web design and graphics. After working in web design, photography, and graphic design, she received her masters degree in Art Education at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia so that she can now impart gigantic amounts of information onto the next generation! Rachelle is currently teaching Photography and Computer Graphics at a high school in New Jersey where she was Educator of the Year in 2011. She sits on the board of both Reimagine Runnemede, an arts collective to promote community and public art and design and the Runnemede Green Team which encourages and instills sustainability in the state. |
